Tip for students

As students when you get into the exams season, you can be stressed. Being stressed is something you can control if you practise use the EFT Tapping Therapy. Simply sit quietly, drink water, taking 3 deep breaths, using the EFT Therapy for 5 minutes, relax your body and mind as best you can, and then let go and return to your task at hand.
