How to be specific for your EFT Tapping Therapy?
Specific statement has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general one.
To set a specific Tapping EFT script you can answer these questions:
1. Who is involved?
2. What do I want to accomplish?
3. Where: Identify a location.
4. When: establish a time frame.
5. What are the specific reasons of the problem?
6. What are the specific reasons of my problem?
7. What is the specific emotion?
8. How will I know when it is accomplished?
9. Can your goals be measurable?
10. What exactly are you thinking or telling yourself?

Since starting EFT I’m much calmer
